Topic A - Craft fair Troop meeting
We will be attending the Preston craft fair and selling wooden Christmas trees assembled by the Scouts
Next Troop meeting (10/17/2023) we will either meet at the VFW Hall or Cory's house to work on the crafts
Preston craft fair on 12/9/2023.
Topic B - Pack Events
We will be going on a hike with the Pack on 11/4/2023 at Big Trees.
Those who are willing are open to go to the fish hatchery with the Pack during sometime in December.
The Pack is looking for volunteers for its Pinewood Derby on 1/27/2024.
Topic C - Veteran's Day Parade
On Veteran's Day (11/11/2023) we will be attending the Jackson Veteran's Day Parade.
Topic D - Court of Honor
On 11/7/2023 we will hold a Court of Honor in place of our typical Troop meeting.
Topic E - Christmas Tree sales
Christmas tree sales will begin in November, volunteers needed.
Topic F - Christmas Parade
Christmas parade in Ione will be on 12/9/2023. We will possibly be designing a float, so start to brainstorm ideas for that to be discussed in a future meeting.
Topic G - Super Saturday
On 10/28/2023 there will be a Super Saturday at an undisclosed location from 8:00AM-5:00PM. Eagle Merit Badges will be offered, so look out for future information.
Topic H - Veteran's Meeting
Sometime in Novemeber members of the VFW will meet with us at a Troop meeting to talk about their time in service and educate us on the importance of Veteran's/Armistace Day.
Topic I - Scribe
Cody Kent, our current Scribe, must bring the Scribe notebook to all meetings and take notes as perscriped in his position. Election verification will be held next meeting for Scoutbook.
